- To do Bill of Quantity from construction drawings/tender 3D design or measurements from site supervisor.
- To do all costing based on design provided.
- Preparation of progress main claims, sub-con claims and variation orders.
- To obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers prior to negotiating for a competitive price in the purchase of materials within a specific budget guideline.
- Provide and identify variant order on site.
- Assist in dealing with contractors and key stakeholders
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to travel to construction sites when its needed
- Working on Monday to Friday, 830am to 530pm
- Able to work in Seri Kembangan
- Posses own transport
- Salary are based on experiences
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Posses at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey
