  • Diploma in Hospitality and Animal Healthcare or any science related field would be added advantage
  • Good Customer Service skills & Strong communication skills
  • Possess good control of English and Malay language. (Mandarin would be an added advantage)
  • Able to work well with a variety of professionals from doctors and nurses to Chairman, Directors and other executives
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Well versed in the various products and services offered by the Hospital
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in utilizing a hospital database system
  • Must be comfortable in working in close proximity to Animals
  • Must be able to Multi-task and be fast in learning on the job
