Job Description:

Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand data migration requirements and objectives.

Analyze existing data structures, ensuring compatibility with SAP standards and identifying potential challenges.

Develop comprehensive data migration strategies and plans, considering data quality, integrity, and security.

Execute data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to migrate data from legacy systems to SAP.

Conduct data mapping and ensure accurate translation of data elements between source and target systems.

Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure the accuracy and completeness of migrated data.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP Functional Consultants and Project Managers, to align data migration activities with project timelines.

Identify and address data migration issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Provide expertise on data migration tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Lead the client team in executing data migration activities.

Support to end-users in resolving data migration issues and provide guidance as needed.

Develop and maintain documentation for data migration processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and support for post-migration activities.
