    Job Summary
    To ensure the coordination of activities within a project is in order to meet the client's contractual requirements in a timely and efficient manner.

    Education / Professional Qualification
    • Degree in any Engineering Discipline from a recognised institution.
    • Preferably minimum of ten (10) years relevant working experience in Project Management respectively in the oil & gas industry.
    • Must be registered with Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM).
    • Project Management Certification (will be preferred).
    • Familiar with contract terms and conditions pertaining to engineering design and project management services.
      Responsibility
    • Assist in review of contractual requirements and initiate effective planning of manpower tasks and responsibilities together with time scales in order to fulfil the contract.
    • To assist in motivating project teams' personnel and to encourage across the functions involved in a project to maximise the productivity and morale of the project.
    • To conduct technical review of the project to ensure compliance to client's specification.
    • To assist in monitoring and review the performance of the project against the contractual requirements and maintain records of deviation or changes to contractual requirement.
    • To assist in initiating, recommending and effecting improvements in the project plan in a pro-active manner such that quality, costs and time scales are met.
    • To assist in establishing project plan and to ensure all project team members are fully and adequately briefed.
    • To assist in ensuring an effective feed forward and feedback communication loop through the timely liaison with client counterparts.
    • In conjunction with Quality Assurance, to review the execution of projects and to initiate and recommend improvements to the Management systems.
    • To assist in acting as focal point for all formal communication between company and client including those for approval of technical queries, design charge request etc.
    • To assist in approving all timesheet and overtime authorisation prior to submission to client, if PM/SPE is unavailable.
