    Primary Objective:
  • Carry out transaction processing for various channels
  • Manage transaction processing related queries and escalations
  • Manage cancellation and creation for all funds
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in documentation processes and activities related to transaction management
  • Possess strong stakeholder management and engagement skills to be a liaison point for all internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead, motivate and manage the Teams and resolve escalated issues.
  • Review and improve on policies, guidelines, work processes, operations manual/procedure, documents etc to strengthen the monitoring and controls, smoothen the operational flows or improve the business support services and alignment to the relevant Group policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, risk and compliance requirements
  • Balance resource allocation among teams based on demand and priorities
  • Continuously drive improvements and enhancements to operational efficiency.
  • Support implementation of initiatives and take the lead on the PRS/UT system change project. Ensure no slippage on timelines and completion of actions.
  • Ensure team members follow the standards and practices of their functional expertise.
  • Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing and creation cancellation advices for all funds.
  • Ensure all audit queries (internal and external) are attended to promptly
  • Provide cross support to other teams and sections within RHBAM Operations where required.
  • Help empower the team to work independently and self manage
  • Requirements Requirements:
    Diploma -
    •Degree or Diploma in Banking & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Project Management , Asset Management, Unit Holders Registry, Custodian, Company Acts and will verse in Microsoft Office..

  • 8-10 years' experience in related Financial Services Industries or Asset Management
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and RHBAM core systems
  • 5 years of Transfer Agency knowledge
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Profound analytical, logical thinking, and problem solving skills
  • Strong business writing and presentation skills
