Job description
Responsibilities:
Manage full-spectrum finance operations including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory compliance.
Lead accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.
Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with MFRS and Group accounting policies.
Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial analysis to support business growth.
Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and drive performance.
Lead post‑M&A financial integration, including aligning policies, reporting, systems, and processes across acquired entities.
Support group-wide finance transformation, standardisation, and automation initiatives.
Act as key liaison with auditors, tax agents, and regional/global finance teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
5+ years of progressive finance & accounting experience (5 years in Big 4/ Big 4 + Commercial).
Regional experience is an advantage.
Experience in FP&A, controllership, and business partnering roles.
Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations, tax rules, and reporting standards.
Prior experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
Experience in MNC or fast-paced environment is an advantage.
Good command in both spoken and written Chinese & English, including Putonghua.
