- Responsible for performing daily production activities in the plant in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), regulatory mandates and quality requirements.
- Responsible for the assigned Manufacturing Lines.
- Responsible for operating and perform troubleshooting for Manufacturing Lines in a safe and efficient manner.
- Responsible for executing packing process, performing required in-process product quality checks,cleaning of equipment, ancillary equipment, change part and facilities, and performing line clearance for product/ batch changeovers.
- Responsible to operate other Productionâs equipment or provide assistant as assigned by superior.
- Responsible to fill-in batch record, logbook and other documentation with GMP environment.
- Responsible to assist with on-the-job training of other production trainees and operators.
- Establishes and maintains effective communication with production and cross-functional team.
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in pharmaceutical machine.
- Able to operate, troubleshoot and setup various process equipment.
- Able to work in shift.
