    Description

    Job Description:

    1. Lead and manage data accelerator by adopting Upstream data accelerator strategy in deriving data plans to address data needs, mange data servicing and delivery plan for managing analysis and identification of data requirements, manage data initiatives and offerings for implementation to drive operation excellence for data.
    2. Lead and manage data risk management by adopting PETRONAS and Upstream risk management standards in managing data risk assurance implementation to prevent potential risks/issues and ensure operational excellence.
    3. Lead and manage data stewardship initiatives as the appointed Upstream Technical Data Stewards, work hand-in-hand with Business Data Stewards focusing on promoting operationalization and implementation initiatives of PETRONAS Data Framework and PETRONAS Data Governance Operating Model, manage data gap monitoring, data gap closure reporting and compliance status to accelerate transformation progress.
    4. Lead and manage data portfolio, operations and delivery management by defining strategic key performance indicator for data portfolios, managing budgetary and cost targets for data activities and initiatives, manage continuous improvement on all activities towards efficient and effective data management and operations.
    5. Lead and manage data support and enablement for Upstream by driving first level data support function, manage data support enhancement to ensure increasing demand of digital enablement program from assets, drive data management gap closure through holistic support both physical and remote mechanism, manage data expertise and advisory functions to achieve Upstream aspiration of transforming into a digitally enable business.

    Qualification:

    • Degree level in Engineering, Business Management, Economic or any relevant degree

    Requirement:

    • Minimum years of working experience in oil and gas exploration, development and production activities
    • Wide breadth of data management and E&P domain knowledge across sub-surface and surface
    • Strong strategic leadership skills and effective communication skill (written and verbal)
    • Results oriented, dynamic leader and able to add value
    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
