    About the Department

    The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group's business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct card salvaging and activation process in timely and accurate manner.
  • Cross selling product within Card & Payment Products Management to increase revenue based on the leads given.
  • Ensure quality services and turnaround times are not compromised.
  • Ensure daily target is met and proper procedures are complied.
  • Maintain control and good quality of standard and service.
  • Comply with bank's policy, process and compliance guidelines.
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
  • Maintain bank's good image.
  • Card Activation Process.
  • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Card Sales.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin & Malay.
  • Mature, pleasant, independent, self-motivated and highly sales and service-oriented.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
