- Manage full set of accounts, AP, AR
- Build accounts and finance infrastructure, internal control and governance capabilities that can scale with the growth of the business.
- Maintain proper records of all accounting transactions.
- Manage internal controls, business processes and management reporting.
- Assist in business plan and forecast preparation.
- Assist in preparing for monthly payment to supplier.
- Liaise with auditor and tax agent.
- Any other accounts and finance related matters
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting or related fields is required.
- Proficiency in accounting software is required.
- 3-4 years of working experience in accounting is required.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Must be self-motivated, reliable, mature, with integrity and great willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Need to have prior work experience handling Full Set of Accounts.
- Need to have prior work experience handling Full Set of Accounts + Budgeting, Financial Forecast, Cash flow and Audit.
