Brand Manager

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute innovative brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and equity.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and adjust brand strategies accordingly.
  • Create and manage compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making datadriven adjustments as needed.
  • Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Manage and maintain brand budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation.
  • Lead and inspire team members, fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
  • Build strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance brand exposure.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and best practices to keep the brand strategy fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum diploma in a businessrelated field; bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • 12 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Recent graduates with a strong passion for branding are encouraged to apply.
  • Exceptional creativity and innovative thinking to drive effective brand campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams and manage relationships.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for brand management and marketing.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Understanding of market trends and consumer behaviors.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Salary:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
