- Currently working as a Level 2 Network Engineer within end-user/service provider environment
- More than 3 years of working experience in network technology and having IT certifications such as CCNA, CCNP and etc
- Excellent working experience with Layer 2, SDH, DWDM and IP networking
- Good experience in network troubleshooting, monitor, and analysis by using network management tools and system
- Continuously drive service improvement and optimise resources to deliver the best possible value to the customers
- Coordinate resolution of complex issues that involve multiple technical resources as well as facilitating customer communications during service interruptions or outages
- Team player with good communication and stakeholder management skills
