Responsibilities:

To be responsible to monitor and oversee Body Shop Operation.
To monitor, analysis and initiate activities in order to meet high quality of product based on product specification and customer's feedback.
To fulfill the Production Planning target based on Master Production Planning by maximizing the productivity (Operation Ratio) and manpower workforce.
To lead and manage all the sections in Body Shop Department.
To steer the Body Shop Department either Production or Production Engineering group towards company's policies and objectives

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, / Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in automotive industry / automotive assembly manufacturing.
Experience in people management and result oriented.
Analytical, able to work under pressure, with the key ability to work independently and strong leadership skills.
