    Senior HR Executive (Specialist)

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our People & Culture team as a Recruitment & Onboarding & Culture Specialist. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless recruitment and onboarding of new employees, fostering a positive experience and integration into our organization.

    The Primary Responsibilities of a Senior HR Executive (Specialist):

    Recruitment:

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, understand the job scope of each role within the company, and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
    • Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring teams
    • Utilize various recruitment channels to attract top talent (job boards, social media, networking, career fairs etc.).
    • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
    • Ensure a deep understanding of the skill sets required for each role and allocate skill sets to the right position within the company.
    • Develop a talent acquisition strategy that aligns skill sets with job requirements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment.
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
    • Continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes based on industry best practices.

    Culture:

    • Participate in fostering and enhancing the organizational culture by implementing and promoting cultural initiatives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain a positive work environment that aligns with the company's values and mission.
    • Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, fostering a sense of belonging and teamwork.
    • Support initiatives that uphold diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
    • Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

    Compliance:

    • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in recruitment and onboarding processes.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential records related to recruitment and onboarding activities.

    Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Utilizing data and metrics to measure the impact of recruitment initiatives.
    • Generating reports and insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
    • Harnessing the power of data analytics to gauge the impact of training and organizational development undertakings, presenting insightful reports that underpin data-guided decision-making and the perpetual cycle of enhancement.

    The Ideal Candidate's Skills:

    • Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in disciplines such as Human Resources, or Business Administration.
    • Accumulation of several years of multifaceted experience within the HR realm, showcasing a distinct emphasis on organizational development and the intricacies of training.
    • Demonstrable proficiency in organizational behavior, change management paradigms, and adult learning theories.
    • Command of superlative communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
    • Adeptness in leveraging learning management systems (LMS) and an array of training development tools.
    • Inclination toward analytical thinking, employing data to derive insights and steer strategic resolutions.
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to prioritize certain tasks according to urgency and to delegate them when appropriate
    • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
    • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
    • Proficient with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Slides & Docs) or related software.
    • Proficiency in/or efficient in learning HRMS and talent management systems
