Closing Date: 27-FEB-2024 Job Description 1. Support manpower establishment, recruitment, and selection to meet the needs of the organization and facilitating organization's strategic recruitment needs2. Screen resume based on the job requirement and conduct interviews.3.

Attracting candidates by leveraging the usage in a wide range of social media, as well as networking and through referrals.4.

Adapt and introduce creative approach in leveraging social media as a driving force in employment branding.5.

Conduct market research to develop external and internal knowledge of market and business knowledge, build and deploy a strong employer branding of the business by acting an employer brand ambassador to provide support in terms of identify future talent.6.

To identify and build relationship with higher education institution and target prospective candidates to support recruitment activities.7. Develop college recruiting program on yearly basis8.

To be part of Talent Acquisition Improvement Group, whereby candidates needs to be creative in improvising the existing recruitment procedures.

Requirements 1. At least 4-5 years experiences in full cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
Understand of all selections methods and techniques2. Proficient in the use of social media
