- Operation: photocopy, send and receive correspondences, filing documents, opening & closing of the office.
- Administrative: Taking calls, following up, arranging appointments, and entering events into the calendar.
- Finance- issue invoices and follow up on payment, arrange bills, and issue receipts on payment.
- Generate reports
- Customer service- follow up on the customer.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.
- Graduated with at least a Diploma, Degree, or equivalent.
- Fluent in oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese speaking will be an added advantage in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Polite and well-mannered.
- Detailed, responsible, and accountable.
- Computer and Microsoft Office- Word and Excel literate.
- Prior working experience in a law firm and basic conveyancing experience will be an added advantage
