Job Title : LEAD, DESIGN TEAM (FLE)ROLE PURPOSE:

• As the Design System Lead, you will partner with cross-functional members of our product teams such as design managers, product managers, designers, engineers, and business leaders.
• You will help enable the design team to focus their time on designing and shipping great products as well as ensure design has a high bar for quality.
• You will also manage the process and prioritization to align the delivery of high-quality design work to the most important product areas.
• This is a mid-level designer lead role that primary to own and manage develop of the design system.
• The successful candidate must possess a strong understanding of design and the different crafts that are part of the design family.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
1. Design and maintain a consistent and scalable best-in-class Design System​
2. Drive and participate in the production of components, patterns, tokens, documentation, and guidelines (with a focus on accessibility best practices)​
3. Collaborate with Design team, Development, and Product teams to understand their needs and ensure the Design System effectively addresses them​
4. Establish and maintain design standards and best practices to ensure visual consistency and user experience across all company products​
5. Contribute to create / improve continuously collaboration process with all stakeholders​
6. Define metrics to track and monitor the Design System's performance​
7. Continuously update and improve the Design System based on metrics, technological advancements, user feedback, and company objectives​
8. Act as the primary point of contact for the Design System and lead its evolution.​
9. Provide guidance and advice on best design practices, the use of the Design System, and achieving company objectives​.
10. Clearly communicate guidelines and updates regarding the Design System to the entire company through presentations and comprehensive documentation.
Requirements :

• 2-3 years' experience in building and managing design system​

• More than 5 years' experience as a UX designer/UI designer or UX Front End Developer ​

• Experience in deploying tokenised design system​

• Experience working in an Agile and SAFe environment; knowledge and understanding of agile methodologies​

• Experience with Agile workflow tools such as Jira, AzureDevOps. Monday, ​

• Experience with design tools, and design testing tools: Figma, Sketch​

• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)​

• Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills​

• Experience communicating across multiple functions and negotiating at all levels​

• Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries​

• Project and Program Management Certifications such as PMP or ACP​

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in lieu of degree.
