Description

• Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Design and document workflows, processes, and use cases
• Develop user stories and functional requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement IT solutions
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet requirements
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, project plans, and status reports
• Manage change requests and ensure project scope is maintained
• Provide training and support to end-users
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Experience designing workflows, processes, and use cases
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience with requirements management tools, such as JIRA, is a plus
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English both written and oral
