- Identify personnel, equipment, tool, training, cost and timeline required to achieve desired future state
- Conduct trial run to measure effectiveness and close performance gaps
- Create metrics to monitor operational performance and flag future improvement opportunities
- Develop control plans to ensure the sustainability of the new process

- Develop project plans to drive improvements
- Identify potential risks in the project lifecycle

- Undergraduate or post-graduate degree in any discipline from a reputable university
- Strategy and implementation experience in management consulting firm or equivalent in-house role in a reputable company
- Strong analytical, critical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Strong collaborative skill with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong upward management skill â able to convey, convince and coach management on proposed initiatives
- International working experience is a plus
