- Working closely with local BD/ Account Manager and Enterprise-solutions team at CMI HQ to provide pre-sales technical support and lead on technical needs by using consultative skill to design proper solutions – with the mix of CMI's products & services – to meet the requirements of prospects.
- Attending meetings with BD/ Account manager and assisting local BD/ Account Manager to draft solution proposals in order to pitch for business.
- Developing effective working relationships at various levels internally such as Technical Solution, Products, Resource and work closely with commercial unit such as Business Development, Sales.Working collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions, be able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches, and also to coordinate for post-sales activities.
- 5 years Pre-Sales experience in managing deployment of ICT / ISP Managed Services, end-to-end Enterprise Solutions would be considered
- Knowledge of telecommunication technical requirements and appropriate solution
- Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering
