- Contribution to continuous improvement programs via initiating & executing projects to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency, OEE in term of Speed, Cost & Quality You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Good understanding of principles and concepts in own technical area based on extensive training
- Understanding of how own work team integrates within the corresponding function.
- Ability to provide on-the-job training to more junior colleagues to be developed.
