    About this role :

    We are looking for a Account Manager I (Tier 2, Commercial) (m/f/x) in Kuala Lumpur to help our Commercial team ensure client satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build relationships with our online retail partners from the Australia & New Zealand markets
  • Work closely with our Editorial team to bring our customers the best content
  • Conduct market research and develop relationships with online retail partners
  • Cooperate with the Business Intelligence team to analyze market performance
  • Prepare and send monthly financial- and performance reports to our partners
  • Analyze and present ROI data using Excel, Salesforce, and/or Tableau
  • Achieve quarterly revenue and business targets
  • Prepare monthly financial and performance reports to effectively communicate the value of GSG's products and services to our clients
  • Your Profile :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve unforeseen problems logically and strategically
  • Work experience of up to 2 years in account management, sales, operations management, or consulting, preferably in e-commerce sales or the Affiliate-Industry (Agency, Network, Publisher) is a plus but not necessary.
  • Good partner relationship management skills

  • Ability to collaborate well with remote teams and thrive in a dynamic matrix organization
