- Responsible for all activities involved in the management of logistics solution.
- Expert in end-to-end Logistics processes and proactively identify gaps & develop solutions in resolving the gaps with quantifies deliverables.
- Awareness of market benchmarking, driving logistics solutions that equipped with competitive advantage in gaining market share.
- Assessing automation solutions in the industry and propose an appropriate solution that match with the business model.
- Collaborate with various external/ internal cross functional or operation team to achieve better customer experience.
- Establish effective operational processes to smoothen handshake model with cross functional with continuous improvements mind-set.
- Leading cross region/functional logistics related initiatives to make changes and support business growth.
- Leading Self-audit Program to ensure operational activities are compliant to various quality standard, business conduct, Import/Export regulatory, company policies.
- Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-8 years logistics program or operations experience, or preferably have customer solution experience.
- Post-graduate and/or certification/ license would be added advantage
- Equipped with Program/ Project Management skill with success history record
- Ability to work in dynamic and challenging transformation environment
- Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in technical knowledge and influential leadership ability
- Strong analytical skill, problem solving and creative thinking
- Excellent communication and coordination skill, good attitude and passion to work
- Familiar with warehousing and transportation process, and with WMS & TMS system implementation knowledge
