Roles & Responsibilities

Engage with clients to collect and gather system requirementsAnalyze system requirements with development teamPresent system design to clients and provide feedback to tier 3Prepare system documentation including system requirements specification, system design and user manualPrepare UAT documentation for testing & conduct Beta testing & UAT with clients (end-user)Conduct system training for end userIdentifies problems, troubleshoots and provides advice & assistance to end-usersResponds to end-users' inquiries and requests for assistance on the system if requiredCoordinates with other team members to resolve problems
