    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    What you will do

  • Process orders within the agreed TAT & maintain high accuracy in data validation or screening.
  • Timely flag problems in processing Broadband orders and raise to internal or external stakeholders for resolution.
  • Resolve customer & stake holders enquiry on service request, complaints via email via email or SR related to broadband products.
  • Follow up with Internet Service provider (ISP) to resolve escalated issues timely and provide solutions for broadband customers.
  • Required to manage Broadband order processing journey till activation.
  • Manage & coordinate daily Broadband installation with Astro Installer, customer & ISP installers.
  • Maintain good working relationship with internal & external Stakeholders in handling Broadband related activities.
  • Providing all the necessary support to daily Broadband Operations
  • Conclusive and able to achieve the set result
  • Required to assist achieve Installation TAT as required by management and ISP
  • Update campaign code, training material and whatever data related to vendor
  • To continuously updated on the Broadband product offerings and ensure technical documents include the Operations Manuals, Systems Manual, backup recovery and access control strategies, operations procedures as well as keeping track of all the changes performed on the systems.
  • Required to cross support other functions within Broadband Operations specifically & within the Back Office functionality whenever Operation needs without exceeding the competency level of this job position (Officer).
  • REQUIREMENTS:

    Who you are

  • Diploma or Degree in IT/ Business administration/ or related field with 1- 3 years of working experience in Pay TV operator or Internet service providers.
  • Thorough knowledge of CRM (AMDOCS), CRM (Evergent) and Sales Force will be an advantage
  • Intermediate Knowledge in Microsoft Office are required (PPT, Excel & Words.
  • Good understanding of the current Internet trends and technologies.
  • Basic understanding of how to stake holders
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work with all levels of personnel from end users to senior management.Ability to communicate well technically, both oral and written form.
  • Good analytical, logical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity.
