    Description
    • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key
    • Contacting housekeeping or maintenance when guest report a problem
    • Ensure registration cards of arriving guests and ensures all information should be filled on each cards either by Guest Service Assistant or the guests
    • Referring guest's comments and complaints to the appropriate superior
    • Responsible for keeping up to date with information on activities and programs and other general information
    • Assist guests with any inquiries regarding local entertainment, restaurants, or transportation
    • Keeps abreast of all modifications to accounting policies and procedures
    • To discuss all matters that needed to follow up with the next shift
    • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
    • Maintains and be guided of hotel policy
    • Administer and manage cash handling responsibilities
