- Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key
- Contacting housekeeping or maintenance when guest report a problem
- Ensure registration cards of arriving guests and ensures all information should be filled on each cards either by Guest Service Assistant or the guests
- Referring guest's comments and complaints to the appropriate superior
- Responsible for keeping up to date with information on activities and programs and other general information
- Assist guests with any inquiries regarding local entertainment, restaurants, or transportation
- Keeps abreast of all modifications to accounting policies and procedures
- To discuss all matters that needed to follow up with the next shift
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
- Maintains and be guided of hotel policy
- Administer and manage cash handling responsibilities
