    People Profilers is hiring on behalf of a leading global consulting firm for an experienced SAP Functional Consultant (QM), based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serves as the workstream's Subject Matter Expert (SME) and encourages the application of best practices.
    • Determines gaps in existing processes, establishes new ones, and guarantees regional process uniformity.
    • Assists in the timely completion of assigned work packages within the workstream and reports progress to the regional deployment lead.
    • Adheres to the fundamental project design guidelines established for the workstream. Controls scope within designated work packages and gives priority to needs that maximize organization value (Fit-For-Purpose). actively promotes the use of standard functionality in best practice process adoption.
    • Maintains the highest caliber of work products and deliverables in accordance with the project's standard tools and documentation.
    • Engages in the entire process of implementing technology. develops and maintains a solid understanding of industry trends and best practices (systems, processes, etc.).
    • Determine and record problems, carry out impact analyses, and offer suggestions for solutions.
    • Closely collaborates with the client to guarantee project delivery, handover, and appropriate project closure.
    • Bring up process and project problems with management.

    Requirements:

    • Preferably, ERP certification (such as SAP S/4HANA).
    • At least 10 years of full-cycle ERP implementation and support project management expertise, including end-user training design, development, delivery, and management.
    • At least 10 years of expertise in the design and configuration of SAP QM modules, along with an understanding of the important integrations with other SAP modules (preference for MM and PP experience).
    • Preferable experience in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industries
    • SAP functional skills (process and system).
    • Strong presentation and communication skills; professionalism and self-motivation; ability to work independently; initiative; willingness to take on responsibility and pick things up quickly on the job.
    • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills with experience in solving complex problems; ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities and deadlines.
