Key Duties / Responsibilities

• Work with logistic service team to ensure the supply delivery process runs smoothly.
• Ensure that operations are able to meet the accuracy to fulfill the delivery demand,
• Analyse and track delivery routes
• Identify and report discrepancies between planned routes and actual execution (gap analysis).
• Assist in the documentation, execution of Delivery Orders (DO) and maintaining warehousing best practices.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth execution of logistics operations.
• Maintain and organize logistics-related documents.
• Analyse checklist and summary reports for operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in finance, logistics, supply chain management, business management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
