Description

Job Description:

Responsible for creating diversified seller tools and open platforms
Responsible for building the Listing system
Responsible for constructing a real-time communication platform for Shopee buyers and sellers
Responsible for BE system architecture and requirement design, core code development, code review, etc.
Responsible for optimising and improving the development process to enhance the efficiency of developers
Responsible for team training and management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related fields, with five or more years of full-time development experience
Solid programming foundation, good coding style, proficiency in common software engineering, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
Proficient in at least one programming language, proficiency in Go preferred
Able to proficiently use MySQL and grasp database design methods
Familiar with Linux system, multithreading, networking, distributed architecture, caching, message queuing, and other technologies
Familiar with Internet system architectures and understanding of different architectural methods and their advantages and disadvantages
Experience in developing and architecting high-volume and high-concurrency services
Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, good communication skills, and team spirit
Proficiency in Mandarin would be a bonus for cross country collaboration with relevant stakeholders
