    About the Department

    The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

    Corporate Real Estate Services

    We manage and administer matters relating to real estate on behalf of the Group. These include lease management, facilities management, as well as security and general service matters.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Procurement Manager to manage Property related tender activities in consultation with Facilities, Project and Security Team.
  • Assist in the negotiation of rates, terms and service level agreement for Property related services ranging from Preventive/periodic facilities maintenance to security services. This includes renewal of service contracts.
  • Ensure proper governance/controls and compliance to Bank's Procurement and Outsourcing Policy and Guidelines e.g. delegation of authority, on boarding checks, service performance review, Non-Disclosure Agreements, standardization of contract terms
  • Assist to manage and analyze key functional metrics for process improvement to achieve cost effectiveness
  • Perform Annual Outsourcing Review ("AOR") for Outsourced Service Provider ("OSP"). AOR involves performing due diligence on the OSP's operations, BCP and ensure contracts complies with the Bank's Outsourcing Policy and Guidelines.
  • Management of branch and office tenancy leasing- Works with property consultants to provide market reviews , trends and rental rates, negotiate tenancy renewals, source , assess and recommend potential sites. Drafting of tenancy documentation.
  • Job Requirements

  • A recognized Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years experience in procurement and vendor management role, preferably in a multinational companies or banking sector.
  • Knowledge in commercial contract processes and familiar with contracts management
  • Good analytical , negotiation and communication skills
  • Good command in English written and spoken.
  • Able to work independently but a team player.
  • Good soft skills in managing various stakeholders.
