  • Manage day to day finance operations for business units
  • Lead, coach and develop Finance staff.
  • Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual financial close and reporting process in adherence to the reporting calendar
  • Conduct budget and forecast review to align with business strategy with financial planning in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) reporting
  • Lead initiatives in driving product/project margin improvement, reduce working capital burn through improve inventory turn and reduce DSO & bad debts
  • Principal driver of internal controls throughout the organization. Ensure compliance with ASSA ABLOY policies and guidelines, and local regulations
  • Establish and maintain systems and controls; verify the integrity of all automated systems, processes and data
  • Conduct regular Balance Sheet reviews and implement mitigation actions to minimize the financial exposure
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, corporate secretary & ensure full statutory, accounting, tax & legal compliance
  • Support HR, logistics & office administration including the general management and smooth running of the day-to-day operations
  • Support Management team in the evaluation of acquisition and business development opportunities
  • Provide accounting leadership in integrating current and future acquisitions
  • Undertake any ad hoc projects as and when required by the Management
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Company from time to time;
  • Cultivate strong working relationships within GCSEA Finance and all relevant regional within the Group
  • Lead with a strong compliance and integrity mindset
