    Open Position: Head of Sales & Business Development (Payment Solutions Company)



    A Payment Solutions Company is looking for Head of Sales & Business Development to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.



    Key responsibilities include:

    • Good understanding of Payment Solutions within Fintech and Financial Institution sectors covering both Software Application and Infrastructure would be added advantage
    • Develop both short and long term sales strategies through customer acquisition & retention, business development, relationship building and after-sales services with Head of Department and C-Suites with measurable actions and goals to monitor successful executions to achieve sales results
    • Implement efficient sales management process cycle using CRM systems and data collections to analyse results and identify opportunities to improve sales motions, value propositions, sales enablement, systems, processes and etc
    • Being flexible to explore new business and partnership opportunities through product integrations and developing new business models
    • Having an entrepreneurship mentality and sense of ownership to grow the business towards profitability and achieving company goals
    • Independent with the ability to foster trust and rapport with both internal and external Financial Institution stakeholders in the fast-paced working environment
