- Manage support function in ServiceNow ticketing tool
- Troubleshoot and resolve WMS issues
- Liaise with Vendors, customers and internal stakeholders for issues resolution if necessary
- Comply to SLA based issue priority for respond and resolution
- Provide off-office standby support for P1 on rotation schedule
- Perform analysis on problem tickets, notice the repetitive issues, determine the root cause and propose preventive and corrective action
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
- Minimum 5 years of implementation/support experience in Warehouse Management System and EDI integration
- Minimum 1 year of Manhattan WMOS support experience
- Meticulous with strong analytical skills
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team working skills, ability to build rapport with users/operations
- Ability to prioritise and delegate
- Proactive and able to know when to seek help
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ticketing tool
- Proficiency on Microsoft Teams
- Able to understand EDI mappings
- Strong SQL skills preferably Oracle SQL
- Good understanding on database concepts
- Good understanding of different protocols/security like TCPIP, SFTP, SSH, certificates
- Goal oriented, motivated self-starter with excellent organization skills and ability to multi tasks
