Roles and Responsibilities:
• Part of the Services Team that will be involved in design, development and deployment of CRMsolutions.
• Handling business requirements study and map the requirements into CRM solutions.
• Install applications and configure environments for use in development, testing and production.
• Develop application and reports and project documentation based on provided specifications.
• Conduct application and technical training to customers.
• Migrate data into CRM solutions.
• Prepare Test Plan and work with customer to complete User Acceptance Test.
• Work on more than one project at any given time and is responsible for proper time managementbetween projects.
• Work with the Sales team on Presales activities.

Expertise & Qualification

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Sales /CE /Project Operation /Field Service application based on the customer requirements.
• Knowledge of programming procedures and programming languages including C#, , Javascript and SQL.
• Knowledge of IIS and web technologies.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be an asset.
• Sales and Marketing work experience, with user knowledge of CRM software will be highly desirable.
• At least 4 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, especially in English.
