Responsibilities

1. To welcome and provide a warm and friendly dining experience to our Dandy guests and always be proactive to guests' needs.

2. Maintain the cleanliness practices and procedures of restaurant and drink preparation areas according to Halal Certification Standards

3. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety through 5 senses.

4. Make drink and preparing mise en place before service.

5. Ensure all drinks are made and served to brand standard.

6. Practice a healthy and engaging culture and consistently provide feedback for improvement and motivation to the staff.

7. Ensure to follow and carry out daily and weekly cleaning schedules.

8. Participating in a training program, team gatherings, seminars, menu development and other related programs provided by Dandy Management
