    Job Description

  • Draft and edit marketing and communications materials for internal and external audiences e.g. marketing collateral, newsletters, presentations, leadership bios, etc.
  • Create engaging and creative content for social media to promote AECOM's thought leadership and competencies in strategic growth areas
  • Implement internal and external marketing and communications campaigns and activities
  • Work with the creative team to develop graphics for campaigns, events, awards
  • Manage content upload and edits on internal marketing collateral site and business line Intranet site
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Education and Experience:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent with marketing training or qualification
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a similar role and position
  • Self-starter with the ability to work as a positive, energized and adaptable team member
  • Previous role within a global organization would be preferable but not essential
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize effectively
  • Proven experience planning and producing social media content and campaigns
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills, ability to develop clear, concise copy
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Highly proficient in English, both verbal and written
  • Creative suite and/or multi-media production experience preferred
  • Willingness and ability to work across multiple time zones
