    Description

    As a Junior Copywriter / Copywriter with the social team, you will be taking on the responsibilities of both a creative and a supervisor, this position will work together with Art Directors / Senior Art Directors to carry out creative conceptualistion, supervise team members, control human resources and time costs — while producing creative work that meets Ogilvy's standards.

    What You'll Do

  • Comprehend communication strategies through creative briefings, and develop innovative ideas with Art Directors.
  • Responsible for creative output across social, content, film, innovation and PR. Work that gains earned creativity.
  • Responsible for the textual content of all productions based on the creative plan determined by the team,
  • Work closely with other members of the team to ensure high standard of creative output.
  • Help drive earned creativity solutions across social and integrated briefs.
  • Provide leadership in the creative and production process to ensure best-in-class delivery
  • Familiar with project processes, collaborate perfectly with both internal and external teams, and promote the smooth progress of the work.
  • Maintain a strong intellectual curiosity, learn about emerging media and technology, and keep our ideas up to date.
  • Responsible for creative and effectiveness recognition at local and international awards competitions and new/existing business growth.
  • Be inspiring, encouraging and friendly to others, always work hard to make positive progress.
  • Take responsibility and keep commitments when facing huge challenges or mistakes.
  • Must instinctively think social-first and have experience of all aspects of digital communication.
  • Must be forward thinking and embrace creative innovation in the social/digital space
  • What You'll Need

  • 1-3 years of experience in global/regional creative agencies
  • Impressive portfolio with works able to demonstrate how to solve people/clients problems
  • Relevant Awards – as student and/or as professional
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Great communicator and collaborator
  • Passion, passion, and passion.
