- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse/Logistics, Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in business process management, process documentation, or related roles.
- Fluent English
- Experience driving process improvements in the area of Warehousing & Logistics
- Experience working as warehouse & logistics specialist
- Strong proficiency in BPMN notation and experience using BPMN-tools for process modeling (e.g., Bizagi, Signavio, Camunda, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present complex concepts.
- Project management skills to handle multiple process documentation projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to business processes.
- Experience facilitating and moderating process mapping & improvement workshop
- Familiarity with any ERP system preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
