    Job Description

    Job title:

    Lead a sales team to develop and drives credible and productive long-term relation with customers, by understanding their business needs and providing tailored value propositions, being the orchestrator of the relationships with accounts.


    Your role:

    • Lead the sales team across SG and MY in formulating and executing sales strategies/plans to achieve the sales turnover and other financial indicator; grow the business to the next level as the brand in the industry.
    • Develop, sharpen and modify go to market strategy at channel level.
    • Own sales fund (rebate and provision); plan and ensure that all trade activities are running in a strategic, cost-effective way in line with vision of the business.
    • Establish and develop robust relationship with customers to ensure strategic business initiatives to be supported in collaboration manner.
    • Translate Annual Business Plans into Quarterly and Monthly activity/account plans with close collaboration with marketing lead.
    • Responsible to build a regular/recursive demand and supply plan with robust fact-based input in the close collaboration with SCM function.
    • Lead, coach and motivate the sales managers and the full sales team sales team of approximately 12 FTE in order to achieve predefined business goals and development goals of every sales team member.
    • Accountable to negotiate contracts and prices with customers within the limits of the sales plan and sales policy.
    • Accountable to implement the Retail Excellence together with Trade Shopper Marketing function, which include store promoters' management and in-store excellence to achieve breakthrough in sell-through results.
    • Gain and maintain field market intelligence in order to obtain and maintain targeted market shares in all assigned product categories.
    • Drives acceleration in Direct to Consumers activities.


    You're the right fit if:

    • Min. 15 years of commercial experience with focus in Sales.
    • Experience with P&L management incl. revenue and margin management.
    • Significant experience in sales in the technology or consumer domain.
    • Proven experience with Omni-channel (online & offline) strategy and implementation.
