Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead and s upport b usiness solutions Initiatives with commercial Operations Director.
• Develop data strategy and lead execution of strategy from initiation to execution of dashboard
• Drive data Insights adoption by working independently with business unit stakeholders at the country levels
• Evaluate the cadence and execution of of change/new features requests from a Data Strategy Perspective
• Manage Portfolio of available and upcoming JAPAC Digital Tools ( Showpad/Docebo and others ) in partnership with Commercial Operations Director
• Oversee implementation and adoption of these Digital Tools (Showpad)
• Other incidental duties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in in Business Administration or IT required.
• 5 years experience related work experience as a Project Manager or a Data Strategist required .

Additional Skills:

• Good knowledge and understanding of Sales, Service, Marketing and Communities Cloud.
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills.

• Good training and education skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English preferred.
