- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Assist with reviewing of expenses
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience in sales or account management (1 to 2 years)
- Ability to identify and pursue business opportunities to meet sales targets
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any client concerns or issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
