• Social media data – FB / IG / Twitter / TikTok etc.
• Messenger data – WhatsApp / Line etc.
• Consumer data
• CRM data
• Web & mobile application data
• Identify each channel features, metrics, and objectives.
• Identify the use of each channel features metrics.
• Visualise data by organize & process relevant data and provide finding & insight for the data.
• Research and development artificial intelligent analytics software.
• Research and develop 3rd party data platform.

• Possess at least a Diploma / bachelor's degree in Data Analytic / Actuarial Science / Actuarial Studies or equivalent.
• Good personality, people oriented, meticulous, organized with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be passionate.
• Have research & analysing skills.
• Strong verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong in time management.
• Strong in problem solving.
• Sense of urgency is a must.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and multi tasking.
• Must be willing to work in Puchong, Selangor.
