- Develop and implement the strategic vision for Enterprise Architecture, steering the Cloudification journey within Allianz Malaysia.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and application teams to refine and enhance IT solutions, aligning them with evolving business requirements.
- Actively engage in technology governance committees, ensuring proper approvals are diligently obtained.
- Uphold strict compliance with regulatory and Group architectural guidelines and requirements.
- Provide invaluable technical guidance to the development team, influencing system design and promoting architectural best practices.
- Contribute to ongoing Research and Development (R&D) endeavors aimed at identifying innovative technologies that can benefit the organization.
- Ensure that the architecture portfolio consistently aligns with the local, regional, and Group-level business roadmaps and strategies.
- A Bachelor Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated track record in Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture.
- Proficiency in Cloudification practices.
- Possesses a proactive, hands-on attitude, and is prepared to lead strategic initiatives.
- Strong team player, fostering collaboration and cohesion within the organization.
