You will in be in charge of

Financial Reporting & Analysis:Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.Consolidate financial statements for subsidiaries or divisions.Liaise with external auditors during the audit process.Budgeting & Forecasting:Develop and manage the company's annual budget and rolling forecast.Monitor and analyze variances between actual results and budget/forecast.Prepare budget justifications and presentations for senior management.Financial Operations:Manage cash flow and working capital.Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.Strategic Partnership:Partner with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.Evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives and investments.Support the development and implementation of long-term financial plans.Leadership & Development:Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.Contribute to the development and implementation of per

Profile

You will be suitable for the this role if you

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or equivalent preferred)Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a senior finance roleStrong understanding of GAAP or IFRS accounting principlesProven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong leadership and team management skills (if applicable)
