- End to end recruitment lifecycle from Sourcing of CVs to Closing of offers
- Maintaining database of profiles on system
- Responsible to own and manage the assigned lines of business
- Working with the business to work out on hiring plans
- Proactive talent pipelining
- Maintaining and updating Job Descriptions and CVs
- Maintaining compliance throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Responsible for other tasks that are allocated to TAG
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 7-8 years relevant working experience in IT recruitment
- Excellent communication, outgoing personality, good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Preferred working exposure in IT-related environment
