• Responsible to harmonize Dealerships (SDISB, TSL, CEL) human resources policies, manuals, SOPs and LOAs.
• Assess for potential alignment to institute HR Asia SOPs, LOAs and governance.
HR Audit
• Plan and conduct HR audit on Dealerships SOP, LOA and Policies to ensure compliance towards HR processes.
• Evaluate findings and identify any needs for improvement in the HR function.
• Prepare HR reports of audit results and present findings.
Manpower Planning
• Gather and analyse manpower planning against manpower utilization & business performance.
• Prepare manpower analysis and presentation to Asia management team.
• Ensure all manpower utilization is within the manpower budget.
HR Analysis and Reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and other regular reports to Group HR and Asia HR.
• Perform analysis on Employee productivity, Manpower distribution, Vacancies & recruitment, Attrition, Compliance records against risk level of position.
• Prepare adhoc reports and communication memo as and when required by Head, HR Industrial Asia and Managing Director, Industrial Asia.
Due Diligence
• Monitor Dealerships assess all exposed positions (high, medium, low).
• Ensure all related documentation and records for exposed positions are updated.
HR Portal/ Dashboard
• Responsible all related data in HR Portal, Workday and other platforms are accurately updated by HR dealerships.
• Conduct regular data audit and checking in HR Portal to ensure data quality for effective reporting.
HRIS (Workday)
• Facilitate implementation of new HR projects or related assignment driven Group or Division level on Core HCM, Recruiting and other functional areas.
• Coordinate and administer organization changes in HR systems and ensure HR processes are aligned with system workflow.
• Understand and interpret Dealership needs to translate into system requirements.
• Provide guidance and facilitation to the Project Core team and Dealerships (regional HR) through project phases to keep the project moving and achieve the deliverables within timeline.
• Identify risks, communicate/ escalate, track and resolve project/system issues against operation criticality.
• Provide regular status updates (progress, risks and issues) to Head, HR Asia and other key stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with the Project Core team and Dealerships (regional HR) to review and execute all change management and training activities such as system demonstration.
• Coordinate with Project Core team and Dealerships (regional HR) on appropriate user training materials, guidelines, FAQs etc.
• Identify further requirement and work enhancement to ensure smooth transaction during and post go-Live.
Others:
• Support other Ad-Hoc HR Projects.
• Ensure compliance and maintain confidential information on all HR and employees related data.
• To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the superior.
