- Strong understanding of payment solutions available in the market, identify and execute plans to implement these solutions on the platform to drive enhanced user experience
- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with potential channel partners that align with the company's strategic objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including negotiation of commercial & contract terms that align with the company's financial goals
- Lead and coordinate channel projects from initiation to completion, collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Legal, Risk & Compliance and Operations to ensure all deliverables are met within stipulated timelines.
- Possess at least a Bachelor degree or higher in Business, Economics or other relevant discipline
- At least 2 year(s) of work experience in related scope
- Self-driven personality, able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experienced in project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Possess strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
