- The role of the Head, of Family Office Distribution & Wealth Advisory is: –
- To drive and achieve sales, revenue, and AUM (Asset under Management) targets for Family Office.
- To plan and implement Family Office Sales and Distribution strategies for the Nationwide sales team.
- To lead and motivate a team of Relationship Bankers to provide bespoke investment services and solutions to High Net
- Worth clients' Financial, Investment, and Personal needs.
- To attract and hire sales, product, and advisory talents to establish a wider sales coverage, product sophistication, and sound investment advisory for Family Office business mainly to grow customer base and investment AUM.
- To identify and establish new potential revenue streams and product solutions for Family Office Clients through external and internal partnerships.
- To lead and motivate a team of client Investment advisors to analyze and set investment direction and trends for the Family Office together with CIOs and the Regional Product Team.
- To provide solution and advice on processes to ensure a smooth execution of the entire end-to-end business activities of Family Office.
- To identify and maintain Family Office client experience and service excellence i.e. clients' wealth and no major complaint lead to financial loses and litigation.
- To anticipate and allocate the optimum manpower resource for Relationship Bankers and investment advisors across nationwide.
- To monitor and balance the Sales force P&L to ensure greater revenue generation against cost of doing business are sustainable.
- To establish and develop relationships by providing a high level of bespoke services and solutions for the Ultra High Net Worth clients' Financial, Investment and Personal needs.
- To assists and improve in business process review to build the business, help close gaps among various stakeholders within Family Office.
- To comply with all the Rules & Regulations and Code of Conduct guidelines issued by BNM, Securities Commission and Bursa Malaysia.
- At least 5 years in a leadership role in banking or finance industry. managing a nationwide sale & distribution workforce of private bankers / relationship managers / investment advisor.
- At least 8 – 10 years in a private banker / relationship manager / investment advisory position.
- At least 3 years in a product or proposition development role
- Relevant experience in Private Wealth and Family Office.
- In-depth knowledge in Investment and financial planning.
- Able to lead, motivate and inspire staff commitment to achieve business objective.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication (written/verbal) skills.
- Able to influence peers and upward.
- Good people management skills.
- Possess strong sales and service skills in handling Ultra High Net Worth Individuals.
