    Description

    Mah Sing is now entering a new period of growth in healthcare via glove manufacturing and other medical device products.

    New, high speed glove dipping machines are now operational in Mah Sing's first glove manufacturing factory in Kapar, Malaysia. With a built up of approximately 228,, the factory is strategically located in a glove industrial hub that is equipped with the right eco-system for gloves manufacturing, given the area's mature infrastructure and utilities, as well as the big pool of gloves professionals and talents.

    Mah Sing's future oriented factory is automated for higher efficiency, with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and advanced Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system in place to support operations. The Group also ensures environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors are considered from the initial stage of the venture.

    The Role

    You will be responsible for :

    Primary Scope

    1. Ensuring ERP system to have smooth launching and meet targeted completion date.
    2. Troubleshoot system errors and work with the ERP vendor team to resolve more complex issues.
    3. Provide training and support to users of the ERP system. (Quarterly basis)
    4. Create and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials.
    5. Collaborate with vendors to ensure the ERP system integrates smoothly with other business systems.
    6. Control the preparation of systems test and evaluate their outcome to ensure that standards are maintained. (UAT, SIT)

    Secondary Scope

    1. Monitor the ERP system and ensure it is performing optimally and meeting business needs.
    2. Assist with the implementation of system upgrades and patches.
    3. Work with end-users to identify and report system bugs and suggest system enhancements.
    4. Prepare detail plan for design development and implementation of systems to meet user needs.
    5. Engage and assist user department in instruction new procedures and train users to ensure these are implemented effectively and with the minimum or disruption.

    Ideal Profile

    • Bachelor Degree in any related IT field.
    • 2-3 years experience with ERP support or ERP system implementation, business analysis, process design, implementation, testing and supporting.
    • Understand the ERP module such as Supply Chain, Production, and Finance module.
    • Experience with IT project and service management (ITIL or PMP certificated is given advantage).
    • Knowledge of database and data warehouse including Business intelligent tools
    • Knowledge of Office 365 tools.
    • Good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication and interpersonal skill to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.
    • Excellent time management and able to prioritize work.
    • Teamwork / Collaboration / Leadership / Negotiation / Problem solving skills.
