- Assist the team manager with planning and administration of audit assignments, including budgeting and participating in audit planning meetings
- Coordinating the audit engagement from planning to completion, including executing the audit and completing audit files within the specified timeframe
- Developing strong working relationships with the client and your team members
- Coaching and delegation of work to junior team members, including providing on the job training and feedback
- Strong analytical and lateral thinking skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good team player, but able to work independently
- PC literate, with good knowledge in Microsoft Office. Knowledge in accounting systems such as Xero is an added advantage
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- ACCA or a minimum completion of fundamental levels of ACCA / CPA
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in statutory and regulatory audits
